2. Our products
We sell paw balm and animal treats. Product descriptions, images, weights, and ingredients are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations (e.g. in colour, shape, or exact weight of handmade items) may occur.
2.1 Animal treats
Our treats are made for animal consumption only and are not intended for human consumption.
Always check ingredient lists if your pet has known allergies or sensitivities, and introduce new treats gradually.
Store treats as directed on the packaging and discard if spoiled.
2.2 Paw balm
Our paw balm is formulated for animal use only, not for human use, and not as a substitute for veterinary treatment.
Patch-test on a small area first and discontinue use if your pet shows signs of irritation.
If your pet has an existing skin condition or is on medication, consult your vet before use.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via our website and are subject to acceptance by us — we will confirm your order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include/exclude VAT as stated at checkout, as applicable.
